Since joining the Marcal Group in 2010, Murat's diverse construction expertise has played prominently across the company's full gamut of projects, from ground-up, new construction to restorations in both residential and commercial projects, he has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering.

Prior to his position at Marcal, Murat accrued extensive hands-on experience in building-superstructure, both in structural steel and concrete. Murat is a solutions-oriented achiever as well as an exemplary team player.He excels at collaborating with architectural and engineering project teams, utilizing his engineering and technology expertise as well as his strategic resourcefulness to maintain tight schedules and overcome challenging obstacles.

Murat's responsibilities include progress reporting, coordination of site activities, resolving unexpected issues, processing and checking change orders, cost control and tracking, preparing detailed daily and weekly reports.
