As a key player on Marcel’s acquisitions team, Evan plays a hands-on role in every facet of the acquisition process from sourcing deals to analysis and financing to preparing the offer, all the way through to closing.
With a Business Major degree from University of Wisconsin, Evan brings to the job a broad range of professional experience in the fields of finance, acquisition and real estate analysis, which come together as the optimum skill set for his position as Marcal’s acquisitions manager.
Evan’s extensive background in investing gives him a critical eye for identifying value in prospective acquisitions and development projects. His preliminary analyses of inherent risks and contingencies are then forwarded Marcal’s senior executive team for collaboration.
