The nine-story building is home to a state of the art urgent care center, a comprehensive orthopedic department, a pain management center, a pathology lab, a fertility clinic, an ambulatory surgical center and 30,000-square-feet of private physician space. It also boasts one of the largest endoscopy programs in the country with the latest imaging equipment and a state-of-the-art radiology department electronically linked to doctors´ offices and hospitals.

Marcal´s debut of this innovative genre of healthcare facility has created a new strategic arm for the company, going from passive development and management to the strategic hands-on formation of unique medical partnerships between related specialties. Patients value the convenience of having their specialist, radiology, imaging and lab all operating collaboratively under one roof.
